3. They hold you accountable. Simply asking someone else to hold you to your stated objectives vastly improves your odds of success. Your coach will keep you to your deadlines.
4. They're your number one fans. Coaches are gifted at cheering you on and working with you to overcome stumbling blocks. You're no longer in it alone!
